Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AigileConsultants, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled, particularly through our payment processor, Razorpay.

1. Cancellation of Services

You may request cancellation of your service—whether it’s agile coaching, project management consulting, or agile transformation support—at any time by contacting us in writing.

Whether any cancellation fee applies, and any portion of the payment refundable, will depend on how close the cancellation is to the service delivery and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Processing via Razorpay
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued through source refunds, meaning funds are returned to the same payment method used originally (credit card, UPI, bank account, etc.)

For a Normal Refund, the process typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking partners involved.
Instant Refunds

Where supported (e.g., failed UPI transactions via Razorpay POS), refunds may be processed instantly, sometimes within 2 minutes.
Refund Types

Full Refund: Refund of the entire payment amount, as approved.

Partial Refund: If only part of the service is cancelled or delivered, a corresponding partial refund may be issued.
Special Cases

For EMI or Pay Later transactions, refunds are handled through the financial provider. Full refunds may cancel the EMI; partial refunds adjust the principal accordingly. Note that interest or processing charges may not be refunded.
3. How Refunds Are Issued

Initiated by AigileConsultants: We submit the refund request through Razorpay’s dashboard or API once cancellation terms are agreed.

Refund Trackability: Razorpay provides a unique reference number (ARN, RRN, or UTR) and email updates to help you track the refund status.

Failure to Receive Refund: If you don't receive the refund within the expected timeline (5–10 business days, or sooner if instant refund applies), check via Razorpay’s Refund Tracker or contact us with relevant details.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you’re unable to reach a resolution directly with us, you may contact your bank or payment provider to initiate a chargeback or dispute. Razorpay facilitates this process and assists in resolving matter amicably.

Please wait at least 7 days before raising a dispute—this allows sufficient time for refund processing.
